Glenmuir High School External Examinations Results 2019
The Clarendon based Glenmuir High School continues to celebrate the achievements of its students and teachers as the School recorded impressive results in the regional CSEC and CAPE examination results for 2019. Glenmuir High School’s overall pass rates in the CSEC and CAPE were 96% and 97.8%, respectively.
Within the cohort of 250 students, fifteen students earned nine or more grade ones in the June 2019 CSEC exams with Tamra Bryan earning ten grade ones and three boys, Carl Webster, Oneil Gayle and Markel Gregory earning nine grade ones each. Whilst at the CAPE level, seventeen students from the cohort of 260 students earned four or more grade ones with Chavonnae Hayles earning six grade ones in one sitting and Sashana Nelson, Rianna Skeine, Winette Mamby, Monique Watts, Samantha Graham and Christina Blake earning five grade ones each. The School attributes its success to God’s faithfulness and the relentless collaborative efforts among its students, teachers and parents.
This year’s results continue in the tradition of excellence that has been a hallmark of the school for decades and is timely as the school recently celebrated the 61th Anniversary of its founding on September 15, 2019.
